The
U.S. has discovered that the Soviets are installing nuclear missile launch sites
in Cuba. The U.S. Navy will blockade Cuba to prevent the arrival of Soviet
ships carrying materials necessary to make the missiles operational.
The U.S. will fight if necessary to enforce the blockade.
