March 15 marks the 15th anniversary of the start of the Syrian Civil War. Join us as we examine the Choices Program’s The Syrian Civil War curriculum unit, which asks students to consider what caused the conflict in Syria and weigh the international community’s response. The curriculum unit includes a concise history of Syria and several lessons, including a newly updated lesson on refugees.
