Tom Brannan

Choices Teaching Fellow

Tom Brannan recently retired from George C. Marshall High School in Fairfax County, VA, where he taught IB History for 14 years. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of DACOR and DACOR Bacon House Foundation in Washington, DC. Before he began a teaching career, he worked in city management, regional planning, and journalism. Tom holds an MPA from George Mason University and a BA in political science from Catholic University. He co-authored Coaching Model United Nations, a Teacher’s Guide, published by U of Nebraska Press in 2013.
